The Mark is a Certified Organic Italian restaurant serving rustic cuisine in the heart of Olympia; minutes from I5, state capitol and the waterfront. Open since 2001, The Mark attempts to balance health and decadence, using quality sustainable, organic and local products in both kitchen and bar. This simple classic space was designed by owner / executive chef Lisa Scott Owen in the shell of an old tire store respecting its late 40s early 50s modernism, using recycled building materials and vintage fixtures when ever possible. The Mark became Certified organic by Washington state in 2008. The Mark offers several different rooms and accommodations for up to 30 persons for dinner and up to 200 persons for cocktails and tapas. With an outdoor patio, services of many local businesses and being within walking distance of many hotels and activities of Olympia, WA, The Mark restaurant is sure to give your wedding or reception the speciality it deserves.
