Invitesite.com
DIY fashion-forward Wedding Invitation and Stationery, made from mix of treefree paper and 100% postconsumer recycled paper. Invitations and other stationery are sold as kits, that you can print or we can print for you. (Offset or letterpress, printed with vegetable based inks.) Over 200 designs, about half are completely eco. (Others are a mix of recycled cotton papers with fancy pulp papers, which are made elemental chlorine free). We've specialized in environmental papers since 1995. The kits include everything you need to make the invitations. We diecut and score the papers, which results in an extremely professional, expensive looking invitation. Triple bottom line: Our imported papers are purchased directly from the cottage industry papermakers. All our employees make well above living wage. We build in all sorts of efficiencies and try to do everything with intention. All scrap goes to LA's Best, an after school children's art program. (which is all fine, handmade paper scrap). Owners are considered paper and printing historians.
