She combined her film and TV experience and married it (yes, pun intended) with her love of making people cry tears of joy at weddings and started The Dream Factory. What is The Dream Factory? The Dream Factory creates Custom Made, One-of-a-kind, 3-D, Musical ECO-CARDS. What are ECO-CARDS? Eco-Cards are 2-3 minute online Wedding Invitations created with your photos and videos all set to your favorite song. How are these different from other online invitations? They are created on state of the art, film editing software and embedded into a website where the link can be easily emailed to guests. What other products do you offer? We offer Online Save the Date Eco-Cards and Online Thank You Eco Cards. With the Thank You cards- we take photos from the wedding (we can collaborate with your photographer) to create a beautiful Thank You Note that recaptures the sentiment of the day. How much does this cost? Depending on the complexity of the invite, it can be less than what stamps would be for a wedding of 200 people. (That’s $84 dollars). How does this lesson my footprint? Creating Eco-Cards requires ZERO paper, zero gas (The Dream Factory is located in New York City), and everything is done via email. Plus The Dream Factory gives back 10% of its proceeds each month to a different environmentally friendly organization or charity. Plus you are helping a small business!
